With more than 30.000 students, and 2.500 professors and researchers and a staff of over 1.000, the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), holding the coordination of the RiskTrack project, offers a comprehensive range of studies in its eight faculties (including a Polytechnic School). UAM is also proud of its strong research commitment that is reinforced by its six university hospitals and the ten join institutes with CSIC, Spain’s National Research Council.

 

The Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Deu (PSSJD) is composed by several health care centres and focuses on bringing together basic research scientists and research clinicians. PSSJD counts with a highly specialized Clinical Trials Unit, which offers expert advice to researchers on ethical standards. The Psychiatric Hospital Unit Of Prison of Catalonia (UHPP-C) is located inside the Brians I penitentiary in Barcelona. It consist of a multidisciplinary team with the purpose of diagnosing, evaluating treating mental disease patients who are in the prisons of Catalonia.

 

Universite Claude Bernard Lyon 1 (UCBL) is a multidisciplinary university in the primary fields of physics, chemistry, technical and material sciences, medicine and pharmacy. With over 2630 professors and assistant professors and 39,000 students, leading to more than 4500 internationally published articles and 40 patents per year. The SOC (Service Oriented Computing) research team is affiliated to LIRIS Lab (Laboratoire d’InfoRmatique en Image et Systèmes d’information) which is a research unit of the CNRS (the French National Centre for Scientific Research).

 

The Cyprus Neuroscience & Technology Institute (CNTI) is a research, non-profit, non-governmental, independent organization which is a world-pioneer in the development and application of the science of Structured Democratic Dialogue (SDD). This methodology aims to harness the power of emerging technologies in order to accelerate positive social change. The New Media Lab Unit participating in the RiskTrack project has additionally secured 13 contracts directly related to safer internet and combating of Cybercrime.
